New Rubber Low-temperature Rebuilding Technology Passes Acceptance
On December 24, 2019, new complete equipment and application technology for rubber low-temperature rebuilding (regeneration) developed by Hebei Weirui Science and Technology Shijiazhuang Zhuodu Rubber and Plastic Equipment Co., Ltd. passed the project acceptance of Shijiazhuang Science and Technology Bureau.
This project designs and develops complete equipment for the problem of green recycling of waste rubber. The equipment connects two special internal mixers in series, the first internal mixer provides mechanical shearing force to strongly mix the rubber powder and chemical, and then releases the materials to the second cooling internal mixer through oil pressure lever for supplementary mixing and cooling; the second internal mixer connects conical twin screws to form forced discharge to special dual screw extruder for stripe or slice extrusion, then through water cooling and drying equipment, the finished products are produced.
The complete equipment makes the materials enter two internal mixers and screw extruder through automatic feeding system, and the temperature of each equipment is controlled at 80℃-90℃. Meanwhile, this company also developed and installed online testing system of rubber Mooney viscosity to realize fully-enclosed material circulation and reduce emission of waste gas.
It is learned that this equipment has obtained one authorized patent for invention and 4 patents for utility model, and has been applied to the production fields such as rebuilding (regeneration) of nitrile gloves, recycling of butyl rubber and rebuilding (regeneration) of tire rubber powder.
